This Privacy Policy explains how TXM CONSULTING INC ("TXM LAB," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit txmlab.com (the "Site"), contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a session with us.

1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
Contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. If you tick the newsletter opt-in box, we also record that choice.
Newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
Bookings. When you book a session through our scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, the appointment time you select, and any notes or answers you provide during booking. If a session is paid, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Direct correspondence. If you email us or otherwise contact us directly, we keep the content of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate location (city or country level, derived from IP address). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 3 for details.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or biometric data) through the Site.

We may update this list as our tools change; the current version of this policy always reflects the providers in use.
5. When We Share Information
Apart from the service providers above, we share personal information only:

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

Contact form messages and correspondence — up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a working relationship follows, in which case records are kept for the duration of that relationship and as required afterwards for legal or accounting purposes.

Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Booking records — for the duration of our relationship and up to 7 years thereafter where needed for accounting or legal purposes.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 3.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@txmlab.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
State privacy rights. If you are a resident of a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. 8. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including secure hosting, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to newsletter subscribers where appropriate. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
